The vineyard has been producing award winning still wine for many years, but this is our first sparkling vintage. It is made under contract at the Hattingley Valley winery in the traditional method with two fermentations and long bottle ageing.
It is crisp and fruity with notes of elderflower and English apples. It is equally suitable as an aperitif, with canapés or as accompaniment to a main meal.
